Dinah Y. Signoret is studying as an MA student in Jewish history at the École Pratique des Hautes Études in Paris. After completing a BA in theology and Hebrew and Jewish Studies, she was encouraged to work on obscure, ancient mystical texts. Realising she lacked the proper background to research such topics, she looked for the manuscript sources of these texts, and when she discovered the marvelous field of manuscript studies, she happily delved into that instead, and hasn't stopped since.
