The Lab has now established its first digital image library, containing images of the 43,000 geniza fragments in the Elkan Nathan Adler Collection at the Jewish Theological Seminary Library in New York.
The images were shot in 2005–2006 by JTS in partnership with the Friedberg Genizah Project. They have been displayed on the FGP website since 2008, and in an open-access repository on the Lab website since 2017.
The images will move to the Princeton University Library digital repository in mid-2021. Digital PUL is IIIF-compatible, so the images can be embedded in other web pages.
